Digital Product Licensing Agreement

This Digital Product Licensing Agreement (the "Agreement") is made effective as of the date purchased, by and between Chic Savvy Marketer, Inc. ("Licensor"), and the Purchaser ("Licensee"). The Licensor and Licensee may be referred to individually as a "Party" and collectively as the "Parties."
